How to reach young audiences? How to improve their visibility of France Télévisions' innovations? How can we share with them our passion for challenge? Moreover, how can we involve them in our strategy as TV broadcaster? Because of these questions, the Human Resources and Employer Brand departments of France Télévisions decided to join forces with ISCOM for a week-long challenge dedicated to the Master 2 students specializing in Brands and Innovation. The brief: How to make our innovations known and promoted to young audiences? Here is a look back on this incredible week, full of prospective and innovative ideas!

How do you see the future of France TV?
After a month of intense reflection and consideration, 70 projects were submitted by employees of France Télévisions, Radio France, France Médias Monde and RTBF around our common theme of "creating links". At France Télévisions, 29 teams have chosen to embark on the adventure by proposing ideas that are as audacious as they are varied!
On January 18, 2021, France Télévisions launches its second season of the Idea Accelerator. On the strength of the lessons learned from the first season, which was held in a very special context and which highlighted the challenges of green innovation, France Télévisions is structuring and consolidating its intrapreneurship system.

It was a special intrapreneurship year for France Télévisions because we had to adapt the Idea Accelerator, our intrapreneurial system shared with Radio France and RTBF, to the imperatives of a persistent and disruptive virus, especially in terms of team support.

Closed captions are produced everyday for the French public news channel, from 6 to 9 AM and from 9 PM to midnight. In addition, on France TV website and applications, franceinfo will receive automatic subtitling thanks to an Artificial Intelligence during the rest of the day.
