A few months ago, when we closed the first season of Hacktion, our pilot intrapreneurial device, we promised to come back very soon. Well it's done! We are back with two pieces of information to share:

The previous episode focused on one of the projects developed within the framework of Hacktion, #EnModeParkour. This episode is about FTV Connect, which aims to provide a platform for the occasional mobility of employees within the company.

Now that you have our system in mind, let's get down to business! For this season 1, we particularly wanted to share the work of two projects that are progressing well! These are FtvConnect, a platform that encourages the occasional mobility of employees within the company, and #EnModeParkour, a project that aims to imagine the information of tomorrow with schoolchildren. Among the key players in our "Hacktion! "device, we had evoked in the episode 2 of our series, "the Coach"! "The Coach", with us, is CreateRocks. This young company, created by former intrapreneurs, has the mission to support our project owners by providing inspiration, advice, methodology, feedback, etc... At the end of a breathless pitching session, the 6 projects presented received the support of the collective of experts to continue the adventure and concretely launch the prototyping of their projects. After warm negotiations, the first groupings of projects were born.

With the support of Arnaud Lesaunier, DGRHO, Véronique Maillard, Director of HR Strategy and Prospective, and Eric Scherer, Director of Innovation and Prospective, at the beginning of April 2018, we launched a call for projects aimed at a hundred or so employees, putting us on the lookout for good ideas!
