"Hacktion! "are five key players:
● The Hacker: the project leader, the one(s) who proposes an idea and leads it to its transformation into concrete action;
● The Managers: essential links to promote participatory innovation within their teams, they encourage, support and accompany the project leaders.
● The " Lulus ": real connectors between project leaders and the rest of the company, they explain, advise, guide and help project leaders to structure and formalize their project;
● The Collective of Experts: France Télévisions employees, experts in the subjects presented by the project leaders, they validate (or not) the implementation of the project;
● The "Coach": a company that accompanies us through the system, helps project leaders to move their project forward, gives them advice, including methodological advice, and monitors projects.
