The Recruitment at France Télévisions
Every year, France Télévisions' teams welcome more than 300 work-study students and interns. These are young talents who must be " captivated " through an attractive, unique and above all authentic value proposition.
Numerous actions are carried out with the targeted talents (job dating, school forums, presentations at schools, student challenges, communication operations, sharing of testimonies, etc.); so many initiatives that allow them to learn more about the company, the jobs, the key projects, the values and the commitments.
Because we know that young people (in particular) are interested in digital and gamified experiences, France Télévisions' teams have decided to join the game by offering a new way to discover the company : the France TV Adventure.

The startup experimentation at France Télévisions
This gamified experience is the result of a collaboration between France Televisions' Human Resources teams and Play'Ads as part of an Open Innovation experiment.
Play'Ads is a startup from Lille that was spotted by France Televisions' Open Innovation teams and has been supported by the group for nearly two years. This startup supports companies and communication professionals in the creation of digital and phygital media campaigns.
The added value? Play'Ads relies on an experiential approach, thanks to gamification, to boost the engagement of audiences, employees, and students in this use case!
Due to its expertise, Play'Ads has integrated many startup support programs in France to boost its growth dynamics.
