France Télévisions, Radio France and RTBF, with the support of the French-speaking public media, have joined forces again this year for the fourth edition of the Ideas Accelerator. This program reflects the desire to think together to respond to the major challenges of society and the transformation of media uses to propose innovative solutions. The 2022 winners had the opportunity to go to Liège, Belgique for a 3-day Bootcamp to develop their projects.

France Télévisions' laureates

Our three winning projects address different themes and are supported by a plurality of profiles that contribute to the strength of the teams.

HACKADEMY: To offer young people a space for the creation and support of digital video projects based on the FabLab model. This third place is a collaborative ecosystem designed at the heart of our structures to invite them to take advantage of the know-how of France Télévisions employees while constituting a creative environment for sharing and experimentation. It forges links with young people, creates a pool of talent, and encourages emulation and innovation within our teams, all while accompanying the group's transition. It fulfills the general interest vocation of the public service in its educational, cultural and proximity missions.

Le Banc: "Le banc" is a short program aimed at young people, parents and seniors. In the form of a mini-series, each 3 to 4 minute issue will feature 4 young high school students sitting on a bench, expressing themselves on themes that concern them. In a funny and offbeat tone, they will speak with their words and their codes.

This Transmedia project (TV, WEB and RADIO) aims to win back an audience lacking visibility on our linear media, it will free the speech of these young people and will serve as a decoder for parents and seniors.

"Le banc" also has a social dimension that will allow young high school students to discover the audiovisual professions in the form of a master class or workshop within the station.

#MASTORY2024: #MaStory2024 is a tool to attract young people from 15 to 24 to our channels.

We want to find them where they are and offer them to share with us their exploits, their stories around five sports that are emblematic for them: skateboarding, surfing, BMX, rock climbing and break dancing.

Throught Instagram, Tik Tok, we offer them visibility as co-creators of content that can be made available to the media of our channels such as sports programs and the Club Fans de Sport.

The Bootcamp

This year, the bootcamp took place at the Grand Poste in Liege, an emblematic and recently renovated place. Our teams were able to work there during the three days of the bootcamp, in a modern, airy space that stimulates innovation and teamwork. We welcomed in Liege a team from Guyana, a team from Montpellier and a team from Paris. When the participants arrived, Jean-Paul Philippot, CEO of RTBF was there to welcome them and introduce the bootcamp with an encouraging speech.

During 3 days, the 3 winning teams were followed by Creatis coaches to develop their project. Thanks to the coaching sessions and the Design Thinking method, the winners were able to refine their project and identify their users. They also received training in pitching, a major asset that will allow them to present their project and convince their audience in the near future.

The presence of the winners from Radio France and RTBF allowed a real team synergy and a strong mutual support.

Finally, the three days were divided between moments of intense work and moments of conviviality and sharing through lunches and parties organized together.
