On Saturday 27 April, the Olympic flame will depart from Athens aboard the Belem bound for Marseille before making its way to the French capital. 90 days before the opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Games, a competition of a very special kind will also take place, organised by France Télévisions and co-produced by the Webedia Group. For 8 hours, 8 teams made up of streamers, presenters from our channels and leading French athletes will compete in Olympic events.

More than just an event, it's a kickoff

With Paris 2024 just a few weeks away, France Télévisions wants to help generate enthusiasm for this major event. We are therefore organising a unique competition bringing together different generations and universes around the universal values promoted by sport. Hybrid in its conception and broadcasting, this unique contest will explore a new content format for France Télévisions and expand its role as official broadcaster. We already have a presence on Twitch, through Slash, this event aims to push the boundaries of usage and audiences even further.
Aux Jeux Streamers! will be live from Paris La Défense Arena or can be followed on the France.tv platform as well as ZeratoR's Twitch channel, a key figure behind the famous charity marathon Z-Event.

They're in the starting blocks...

8 teams, 8 Olympic disciplines, 8 hours of competition, 1 podium finish. That's the day's programme!
Among the 32 participants present, you'll discover Brawks, Mélanie Buffetaud, CyrilMP4, Domingo, JujuFitcats, Charles Poujade, Theo Rivenzi, Shayvise and Theobabac, worthy representatives of streamers and content creators. Mohamed Bouhafsi, Stéphane Diagana, Fabien Lévêque, Marine Lorphelin, Jean-Baptiste Marteau, Marie-José Pérec, Laury Thilleman and Emilie Tran Nguyen will join the game and carry the colors of France Télévisions.

A sporting event, and above all a festive one, would not be truly successful without its commentators and sideline indiscretions. For that, you can count on ZeratoR and Samuel Etienne, accompanied by Cécile Grès, France Télévisions sports journalist, Sami El Gueddari, Raphäl Yem and Joueur-du-Grenier

Try to win your free ticket here and if you want to be sure of being able to attend this great event, go here! :)

Final test before launching automatic subtitling of franceinfo

Closed captions are produced everyday for the French public news channel, from 6 to 9 AM and from 9 PM to midnight. In addition, on France TV website and applications, franceinfo will receive automatic subtitling thanks to an Artificial Intelligence during the rest of the day.

We'll keep it, tweak it, or
remake it—you decide!
