2022's Ideas Accelerator: our three winning teams

Transformation
Published on March 10, 2022

Since France Télévisions' Ideas Accelerator has been launch in 2018, the program has supported 18 projects through 4 acceleration schemes. We are proud to present the three winners of the 2022 edition, whose theme is: Connected to Youth.

In 2022, 14 applications from intrapreneurs (employees or alternates of the group) were submitted. The time has come to officially announce the winners .. The 8 finalist projects pitched in front of a prestigious jury composed of members of the Group Executive Committee. All the projects were exciting but only three were selected.

Who are the lucky winners?

- Youtube Academy, presented by Julian Izquierdo and Ludivine Roulland (Montpellier)

Offering young people a school that invites them to take advantage of France Télévisions' expertise to develop and create their own video content.

- Le Banc presented by Amine Bertiaa and Marie-Thérèse Louis (Guyane)

"Le Banc" is a short transmedia program of 3 to 4 minutes, featuring 4 young high school students sitting on a bench who share their own vision of the world.

- #CréetastoryJO2024, presented by Jeanne Marchalot, Geraldine Dehlinger, Jean-Baptise Maulbon and Anne Dormeval (Paris)

Creating links and being connected to young people in an innovative and interactive way around the 2024 Olympics through stories co-created with the young public.

The three winning teams will begin the "acceleration" and prototyping phase in March.

The objective? To make their project concrete, to prototype it...and to test it over the next 3 months! To do this, they will benefit from an online training course of about ten lessons centered on the tools and methods of "design thinking", but also from a dedicated support, in the form of coaching during the 3 months.

The starting point of this next stage is the bootcamp in Belgium, which will begin on Monday, March 14, and which will allow all the winning teams (with our partners RTBF and Radio France) to create a link between them and to concretely start the implementation of their project. This is an opportunity to dive fully into the world of intrapreneurship.

This year, we have the chance to work with teams from all over the world, we will welcome in Liege a team from Guyana, a team from Montpellier and a team from Paris. We are more than happy that all the winners will be able to make the trip to this event.

This event is organized in partnership with Radio Télévision Belge Francophone (RTBF) and Radio France.
