The adventure of this transmedia work began in 2014 with a book by Serge Bloch published by Sarbacane, subsequently adapted into a short film. In 2017, the Nouvelles Ecritures de France Télévisions joined the project to develop an application for children.
The teaser
The interactive scenario invites the child to draw objects on a tablet or mobile that come alive to offer a living story full of magic in 20 chapters. There is no automation here: the production is done entirely by hand by a team of 2D animators, shot by shot. In terms of scalable interactivity, the Unity engine is responsible for adapting the drawing to the features of the reader-player-designer. Launched following a crowdfunding campaign on the Ulule crowdfunding site, it was this encounter between artisanal animation and new technologies that won over the 200 participants.

In this tale to draw for children aged 4 to 8, special attention has been paid to the interface, images and pictograms, so that reading is not a barrier. You don't need to know how to read to tell!
