Season 2 of our intrapreneurship scheme is well and truly launched! Here is a summary of this new adventure which started a few months ago in partnership with Radio France and RTBF.

Intrapreneurship: 2nd year of the adventure at France Télévisions

The call for projects

October 14, 2019: the adventure begins.

This is the start of the call for projects, which aims to unearth the most innovative and daring ideas on the theme of responsible innovation. With more than 30 ideas submitted in one month by France Télévisions employees and nearly 500 profiles completed, this first stage is clearly a success!

Pre-selection of the 10 most promising ideas

Second step: the pre-selection of 10 truly promising ideas via the votes of the employees of the 3 partner entities (France Télévisions, Radio France and RTBF) and the vote of a jury specific to each entity.

Ideas that focus mainly on civic commitment, the economy of sharing and the reduction of waste and garbage.

Discover the 10 finalist teams:

To give them every chance, the teams had the opportunity to participate in dedicated workshops to prepare for the presentation of their project before the final jury. Intense sessions to formalize their ideas, measure their potential and the anticipated impacts.

Selection of the 3 winning projects

After 2 weeks of preparation, the teams finally pitched in front of the final jury, composed of COMEX members. A strong collective moment, combining intensity, fervor and emotion.

At the end of the deliberations, the 3 selected projects are:

• Joker, the circular and solidarity economy: to recycle materials internally and give them back their value and usefulness..

 Stop digital pollution: to limit the environmental impact of online video and have an eco-responsible approach to our digital uses.

 France Télévisions Vestiaire: a collective and committed checkroom for on-air employees.

The bootcamp

To get the year off to a good start, the 3 winning teams took part in a two-day bootcamp to boost the acceleration dynamic around their project.

A "stunning, disruptive, structuring and benevolent" bootcamp! "according to one of the participants.

What now?

The adventure doesn't stop there, quite the contrary!

On the program for the 3 winning teams:

■   Monthly meetings to advance their projects

■   An "innovation trip" between Paris and Brussels to meet the winning projects of Radio France and RTBF

■   A " demo day " in June to pitcher again in front of the COMEX and prepare the next step ...a great experience to live is coming up!
