Tax Rebate for International Productions (TRIP) - CNC

The TRIP is selectively granted by the CNC (French National Center for Cinema, TV and the Moving Image) to French Production services companies who are in charge of shooting in France in compliance with a contract entered into with a non-French production company.

⦁    30 % tax rebate on the qualifying expenditures incurred in France, capped at 30 millions euros per project.
⦁    40 % tax rebate  for projects with more than €2M of visual effects-related French expenditure (VFX-related 10% bonus)

Support fund for audiovisual creation – Occitanie region

The Occitanie region supports the movie, audiovisual and multimedia industry with state funding for all types of productions as long as they have incurred costs locally (more than 4 million euros assigned in 2022).

ICC Creation Fund – Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole

Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole supports the funding of original productions (documentaries, fiction, animation, vide game, XR experiences) through an €720,000 yearly budget.

Audiovisual creation fund

Toulouse Métropole supports the funding of works in the fields of documentary, fiction, and animation through an annual fund of €600,000.
